# 需求分析 & 核心概念

需求分析：

0xspeter在研究多個NFT專案後發現，很少有針對教育和在地產業類型的NFT項目。大部分的NFT專案都以提高地板價為目標，並尋求通過交易手續費獲利。實際發展和未來規劃與市場需求不匹配。

核心概念：

初期目標是讓社群互動有價。每個社群成員可以通過在社群內的互動賺取NFT，例如分享文章、經營Instagram和Twitter等。此外，成員可以通過回購NFT賺取更多NFT。
